Can you help me and let me know how we can judge their attitude during an interview? What kind of questions should we ask? Can we use some personality tests? If so, please list down the questions.

You mean Behavioral interviewing? It's a popular approach to assess the past experiences of a candidate to judge his/her response to identical situations in a future job. Essentially, behavioral interviewing is based on the premise that "past performance in comparable circumstances is the best predictor of future performance."
