Thank you very much for the prompt replies and helpful guidances.
This time i want to have some information of how to register a company for PF. We are trading and distribution firm, a year old in india with a turnover of 12 crores and having strength of 30 employees in present. Our head office is in mumbai and having branches in delhi,chennai and hyderabad.
I am new in this organisation and has never enrolled a firm in PF. I only know that to enroll for PF the employee strength should be atleast 20.
Kindly let me know what are the formalities to perform and where did i get the form and what other documents will be require for the same, whom to approach.
Please guide me from the scratch as this is the first time i have asked by my employer to enroll a company for PF.

dear yogitta you please take form from RPFC mumbai and can get PF code from there.you are late and they have to charge from the date your strength became 20. tks j s malik

Dear all,
I am having this little query regarding the same. In case of manufecturing units PF registration is done at the time of first production comes or we can do it earlier during construction phase also. Our employee strength is around 130 people on roll on CTC basis.
