Can any one provide me sample of agreement for outsourcing with all Terms & Conditions.
In detail:
I am in an Engineering Group of Company and we have just started a new company where in we will be outsourcing manpower for our foreign collaborators...
This is the first time i am asked to make such a contract
Please let me know how should i start....
