But, personally, I would prefer more professional postings (both original and comments) on a site like this. It can be developed into a really productive, useful and rewarding forum, on the lines of LinkedIn etc.

It is commendable. Keep thinking and create more. Organizational Behaviour zone... is an ocean... lot more can be developed. Like, the behaviour patterns varies from individual to individual... essentially driven by the need at that moment and the lens view of that individual in a situation to situation.
I really appreciate your effort. Keep in touch .

Presentation prepared by you and your student is remarkable. We need good things/presentation in future also. It is really very difficult to show our hard work in huge network but you did it, so its natural that you wish for some response. It is very useful for me.
Thanks a lot.

Please do not get disappointed. You have shared whatever the knowledge you have gained. You know "Knowledge will grow" once you share the same. You did your part.
The criticism will make you much stronger towards developing your subject. Take it in a positive way only.
Remember one thing !! Any hard efforts will never go in vain. One fine day you will enjoy the fruits. Then u will be surprised.
All the best !!

Allow me to comment, the objective/topic of this presentation is not 'clear', believe you and your student can do better when you have a clear direction what you would like to communicate.
Nevertheless, keep it up your good effort.
God bless you all.

This site has been concieved to share all knowledge which then grows. But how does it grow?
Sharing of views, ideas, creativity, suggestion etc which are derived from one's experience.
Though it is never mandatory to comment on anything posted it woudl also be appreciable as feedbacks are an essential part of nay kind of communication.

I wish I knew the coherent sequence in which this is to be approached - what are the relative importances and sequence of perception, attitude, value, ethics, personality, job satisfaction, job fit, appraisals and rewards, et. etc.
Regarding this presentation in particular, the effects overshadow the message, sometimes less is more.

I appreciate the effort taken by your students in preparing this ppt's... considering the fact that expectations... as teaching faculty... and reality do not match. I am of the opinion that there is a room for improvement.
Wish them... all the best.

I got your ppt downloaded just now and could see the agony you were experincing for not getting response. I agree with Kusum and that is the way life is. The absence of response should not dissuade from what you are doing because we do things we want to do and we should love what we want to do. In any case we we see these days that more and more people are getting indifferent, a very disturbing tendency though. But believe, there are still people out there like Kusum which is more than enough to carry out what we are doing. Dont lose hope and lose interest in what you are doing. All the best for your future endeavour

i cant say about the presentation as i hav just downloaded but after read all the threads b/w u , kusum and JEV and I full agree with ur points that:
1st u should be giving not expecting,
2nd for improvement u need feedback that's the basic food for growth and 3rdthe feedback should be specific so that the other person can understand what to put and what to remove.
For time being please except my thanks for providing us such a beautiful conclusion that "providing feedback not takes anything from you but it can give something to the reciever". yes it may make you think on the topic and which only increase the understanding.

This response is after seven years !!
I wouldn't know if the feedback would be of any use to you now.
Still I would like to say that it is a well made presentation
to introduce the concept to others who have a different background.
