Dear,

There is no statutory requirement in connection with piece-rate workers regarding any production bonus or incentive because these are measures to increase productivity. We cannot delete the name of any employee without conducting a proper enquiry if he is a confirmed employee. Whether piece-rate or salary-based does not matter.
