Dear friends,

I have a query regarding the payslip. The salary slip we used to provide previously was on a simple A4 paper with a logo impression on it. Now, I am thinking of giving the salary slip on a letterhead, i.e., an executive bond with a logo on it.

I would like to know if it is okay to print the salary slip on it. Also, do you have any other suggestions on how I can provide them with the salary slip?

PLEASE REPLY. I AM IN REAL NEED OF SUGGESTIONS.

Dear Sohini,

I feel letterheads should not be used for salary purposes because they are expensive compared to ordinary A4 size paper, and there is no need to do so. In my opinion, you can use one A4 size paper to print two payslips with your company's logo; that's enough. Please don't introduce any costly materials that will ultimately cost the company dearly.

Best regards,
Gopal
