Really this culture equally also dwells with employer and employee in ratio 50-50. It is good, as long as the Corporate culture doesn't go far below the Corporation culture.
The culture purely weaves around the environment, employer code, internal policy, salary fixation, management ethics, rewards/recognition, appraisal, vertical growth, training and scope for knowledge building. HR can only suggest and recommend certain measures with liberty. In some companies HR has no freedom at all.
Children in a family will go bad only when the parents encourage it, behave and remain unnoticed due to work pressure or ignorance, and fail to make the family environ a better place to breed discipline.
