Till now, there were only two options, confusing HR professionals to get into - consultancy or the corporate sector in various companies. The third option I am talking about is "Staffing solutions companies". As far as I know, these companies do HR work in a different manner. We can say outsourcing of HR compliance by companies to these staffing firms, which sounds interesting.
To name a few, there are some staffing solution companies rising with great pace in India. This was regarding the new era of the job market in India, but the concerning point is how a new HR professional can get into these companies, their roles and responsibilities, and the expected salary package. If there is any other information regarding these companies and relevant profiles, please do share with other group members. Eagerly waiting for more knowledge.

Thank you very much for such an informative reply. As far as PeopleSoft is concerned, it's a good option, whereas in Hewitt Associates, I think there are very few job openings for HR professionals in India. While I was searching, I found another major staffing player in India, i.e., TeamLease Services Pvt. Ltd. Just check out the opportunities and payslips there.
