hi neha this is lokesh, i ve done same project, you need analyse with the main heading of the questionnaire, eg. "facilities " is the main heading in that you can include canteen, transport, uniform , etc...
you can classified with stautory facilities and non sta facilities

In your questionaire you may be having various headings like performance appraisal, work environment etc try to see how many employees are satisfied and unsatisfied in each aspect and this would help you in making the pie charts in which you could include both the % of employees who are satisfied and unsatisfied
