Dear All,
I came across this while I was attending a conference. I thought why not to share with all of you who help in inspiring the lives of other in one way or the other through the medium of this site. :)
"WHEN YOU ARE INSPIRED BY SOME GREAT PURPOSE, SOME EXTRAORDINARY PROJECT, ALL YOUR THOUGHTS BREAK THEIR BOUNDS. YOUR MIND TRANSCENDS LIMITATIONS, YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS EXPANDS IN EVERY DIRECTION, AND YOU FIND YOURSELF IN A NEW, GREAT AND WONDERFUL WORLD. DORMANT FORCES, FACULTIES AND TALENTS COME ALIVE, AND YOU DISCOVER YOURSELF TO BE A GREATER PERSON BY FAR THAN YOU EVER DREAMT YOURSELF TO BE ."
I would like to say thanks to founder of this site through this mail of mine.
Do send in your inputs.
Cheers :) :)

Dear Archana,
Even I feel the same. This site is really very informative. Members of this site are very cooperative. This web-site is like a FAMILY & we all are members of this FAMILY who works in a TEAM
Teamwork: Simply stated, it is less me and more we.
TEAM  = Together Everyone Achieves More

Hi Archana,
I agree with you wholeheartedly. This is a wonderful forum for sharing. But of late there have been incidences where some HR professionals are jumping for help straight off on this site.
I agree with Swasik73 and you that we should not spoon feed on this site. Some members do not even take the trouble of using the search option.... there is immense resource available in the archives.
I believe that as intellectual professionals we should atleast take efforts of doing some research and then approach here for input.
I would like some comments on this from the other members as well. Do not misunderstand that queries should not be raised, but some background work must be done prior to just putting up queries.
Let all of us share knowledge cos knowledge increases by sharing!!!
Warm Regards,

Thanks Anuradha and Neeta for your Inputs.
I agree with you Anuradha, that we all should do some research before asking for all the things. i agree this is the site for helping others but if we all spoon feed each other surely we may not be able to learn and develop ourself.
I would also invite the views from senior members also on this.
:) HAPPY READING :)

Hi archana,Neeta,Anu
The chain of thoughts you have opened is very much appreciated.A forum can be made more value based if a little effort is taken by individuals who 'drop by" here to see the history of topics where most of the questions /doubts have been answered or spoon fed with documents where it would be a cut and paste act alone for them, and then seek a relevant opinion.
For this reason, for the past few postings i see no response from members!,obviously it should not turn out to be the 'JOBLESS HR ' replies.
scene.
YES, the next such posting should get a note to do the home work a bitmore!!!!!!!!!!!
Lets make this forum :FOR HR,BY HR ,WITH HR!!

It is now 12 years since this thread has appeared and stopped after a few interactions.
Yet, all the views expressed are very well true even today.
All the new comers want quick solution. I remember having given a feedback to help the information seekers with a note to enable them to search the old postings first.
It has been done since then. However, anxiety seems to overtake the information seekers to take the trouble of searching.
Touching another aspect in line with the title, only when seniors express their view points and contribute from various angles, the uniqueness of Cite HR can be sustained.
Other views will revive this thread and make it interesting for all.

For getting maximum benefits from this forum:
Please post clear queries in an reasonably complete manner.
Avoid writing entire query in capital letters.
Use abbreviations only when they are standard and everyone is generally expected to know them.
Please try to use best possible grammar and frame sentences properly and use spell check feature.
HR experts can then answer clearly instead of assuming things/facts and giving conditional replies.
Use search button and look for info.
Once problem is sorted out, querist must give feedback to the forum.
That will be helpful.
When learned members give reply, they must quote sections of the various acts, references to documents/court rulings etc which will make it more useful.
