Our organization Kaira Social Service Society ( NGO) is a charitable, Non Profitable and Public Trust registered under Bombay Public Trust Act and Societies registration Act. All the activities done by this organization are for the poor and marginalized communities on the project basis, irrespective of caste, creed and religion. Our organization is not involved in any industry or Business or any Profitable enterprise or any activity as an establishment. We have no schools under our organization anywhere in India. we have 50 project staff and the Project staff are only a particular specific purpose and a short limited period of time.we have started EPF for staff from April-16 onwards.we had not know earlier that the NGO is now not expemted.
Now we have received notice from EPFO for dues non rolled employees approx 6 lacs. due to project base staff, tune of staff is more.
