Dear Jayshree,
As we are in HR dept, we should not have ego or internal politics within our dept. Then how we can solve other dept issues. Even nowadays in some of the organization the samething is happening.
My opinion, Why dont you people segregate your job responsibities like one can take care of recruitment, second Training & Devpt, third Statutory etc., So each and everyone can concentrate in their job responsibities.
I think this may help u out.
Reply once ur problem sorted out. All the best.

Dear Jayashree / Anurag,
Though the advise was good, thats not the right thing to do. In short term the oproblem may be solved but in long term the same will create a problem.
Firstly try to find out the reasons behind these issues and tackle them one by one. Rather than dividing them find some common factor between them and encourage them to work together.
Dividing the work is always usefull but make sure that everyone is rotated so that everyone learns everything.
Try to take them out for Lunch with their girl friends or wife so that they can gel together and give them a target where they can all foucs together as a team to achieve the same.
Divide and Rule has its consequences in long un. India is still suffering as a result of the same policy.

HI all,

I am actually Regional Admin Head not from HR.

Let me explain my HR issue as I think I need to explain you the sitution to solve my HR issue.

We have total 3 HR executive working on co payroll (all 3 girls is quite young, not from HR background) They are in the system before I have joined the co. We have 2 more young, fresh graduate girls, who are working as HR support executive (on contract). Now there is internal issue between all 5 of them like politics, ego, & reporting issue. today i have heard one executive problem, I am really confused, how these five girls can come togeather & work together.

All are ready with their problem & expamples against each other. I don't understand who is right & who is wrong.

Todya I have come to know that 1 HR support executive (contract employee) resigned & one HR executive (co. payroll exec.) on Notice period. Another news I got today that one more girl HR support which is left is also looking for change.

I think as HR executive are too fresh..... & not suitable for post.... I can't comment to my seniors as I am just 3 months old in the system... still understading the co. policy & building relationship with the sr. & jr. as co is big.

I don't find them matured enough to understand that they are HR & the importance & responsibilities of HR in the organisation. Being out sider (not from HR) I was trying to solve their problem,,,,, but now only 2 left... & they are having good cordination between two of them... so I am not pulling this matter ahead.

Thanks for expert advice... Infact my openion was same like viraj.... thanx all of u for advice.

regards,
