am working as an AM-HR for a company.they have given me a requirement and asked me to source profiles from internet and do some job postings in groups.i am very new to this approach of sourcing.I've been trying to find profiles from the google,also posted in google groups.But there is no response.am just wasting my time.
In my consultancy i used to source with the help of job portals.but here am not given any of the portals.So,pls can u help me out with some suggestions as to how can i source directly from google and how can i fill in the requirement.It wud be more helpful if u can detail me things as to how can i start of .
Its very Urgent.i need to close of with the requirement immediately.pls friends help me out.i will be waiting for ur replies.
