Being a sole proprietary company, Am I eligible to apply for a PF/ESIC account?
There is a possibility, I might need it for doing third-party contract hiring for which it is mandatory to have a PF/ESIC Account.

For coverage of various labour enactments the constitution of the organisation, ie, whether a sole proprietorship, partnership or a company, is not at all a matter but it is decided by the number of employees. As such if you have 10 employees, you should take ESI registration and if you have 20 employees you should also take PF registration.
