Before making any meaningful suggestion in this regard, pl specify the nature of your firm, whether any public service is involved, and whether you are in Government Sector/PSU/Cooperative Sector or a private firm.

The risk assessment is to be done for bribery and corruption, it cannot be anti-bribery or anti-corruption. The risk in both these factors is very serious and can lead to deficiency in the quality of products and services, poor public image, negative publicity, adverse litigations, risk of life and even closure of the industry as you are in the pharmaceutical sector.
