During the service of 12 months, 12 days' leave for sickness and for other reasonable causes to be called casual leave and after 12 months of service earned leave at the rate of one day for every 20 days worked.

SL - 12 Sick Leaves for the year & shall be on pro-rata if joined in mid of the year which shall be permitted for sickness purpose
