I have a query that I have to add 5-6 family members of one IP. But there is maximum size of file is 200 kb for each. How to upload others ID proofs also

You are talking about what? Where to add the family details? Where is it required that proofs of identity are uploaded? Please clarify.
If you mean to add family members in one's ESI, then I would say that there is no need to upload the identity details but entering the details is sufficient. I am not sutre if any change has taken place in this financial year.
