Dear All,
We are in manufacturing as well as application of certain products. Due to lock down situation all our projects has been stuck.
Now Management is not in position to pay full Salary/ Wages to employees.
Kindly guide /Share your views in this regards. What decisions/plans other companies have made for making salary Payment for April,2020.

Not only your establishment but all other establishments across the country are suffering due to lock down. This situation of lock down is not by choice but call of hour to keep all safe and healthy. To support industry govt gave relaxation in PF to employer & employee both.
Now, it is turn of employer to come forward in this hard situation to help his employee. The employer has to pay salary & wages for the period of lock down as per the Govt guidelines. You need to discuss with your employee for a solution, because work is going to start at end of lock down.
