I worked for less than 5 months as a SD for a company But I left as I could no longer bear the unhealthy work culture as it was affecting my health also. So I took a few days leave (informed) but then it extended to 2-3 days and finally I told them that I will leave. They said OK. After few days they did not provide my salary and said that I was absconding. My question is should I mention this work experience in my resume because the company I am applying for have greater chance of selection if I mention this experience in my resume. What you guys think? Is the pros more than the cons or vice versa.

At a glance, it's better not to mention this experience as your new employer can easily find out the true state of affairs from your previous employer.
On the other hand, you can also contact your previous employer and check with them on whether the salary held back can be considered for compensating on the notice period shortfall so that your relieving letter can be issued on a proper note. If their problem is that you absconded, then you can ask them to initiate an inquiry. During this inquiry they are bound to provide evidence of the letters having been despatched in hard copy to your residence and also the dismissal letter post the inquiry discussion conducted in your absence or ex-parte. As long as these formalities have not been completed they cannot state that you have absconded. They can only say that your notice period had not been completed. They would then have to discuss with you on either serving the rest of the notice period or compensating them accordingly.
