Secret.Of.Success

There was once a boy who wanted to seek the secret of success. One day he approached a wise man living up in the mountains. When he found the wise man at his hut, he asked, “Wise man, can you tell me the secret to becoming successful in life?” The wise man was silent for a while. After a moment of silence, the wise man led the young lad to a nearby river. They kept walking into the river until the boy’s head was fully submerged in the water. The boy struggled to keep his head above the water. To his astonishment, the wise man did not help him. Instead, the wise man held the boy’s head in the water. After a few minutes the wise man pulled the boy out of the water and they proceeded to walk back to the hut. At the hut the wise man asked the young boy what he desired most when his head was submerged in water. To this the young boy quickly responded, “Of course, I wanted to breathe, you old fool!” To which the wise man replied, “Son, if you desire success as much as you wanted to breathe, then you will find the true secret of success.”

SUCCESS PRINCIPLES

Success is a matter of choice. If we have strong enough reasons, there is nothing that we cannot do. Once we have the reasons to do something, we will surely find the ways to do it. A mere wish would not make things happen. It is a burning desire, turned into an obsession that will generate the energy to bring you to achieve any goal that you may desire.

Dear Mr Peer Mohammed,

An excellent small story with a huge big message, a lesson of a life time. I firmly believe that if you want to do some thing good or achieve your life's ambition, it is you and your strong conviction in that task or that goal and your strong belief in the righteousness of your choosen goal that you will achieve what you want. I believe that every aspect of life is in your own two hands. I tell beggars on the road when they come begging, do you believe in God, all of them would say YES, then I tell them are you not ashamed of yourself, God has given you two good hands to work and two good legs to walk, God did not give you to spread your hands in front of people on the roads, go work and earn.

Success in life is truly in ones own hands and YES circumstances do certainly play a role, but then if one has strong will and determination one can overcome all the adversity and convert the adverse circumstances to one's own advantage.

Thank you very much, let us all who are part of this wonderful community join hands and spread the message in our small way, let us first believe in ourselves.

Loveindra

Great!! Without having a determined goal one cannot achieve what he/she wants to.... It may simply be a wish which will remain as such till the end...

Hoof?!!!?
You must your self be a lot passionate. Have we ever felt for success as we need to breath when submerged under water?!?
On the hindsight, one needs to feel this under the circumstances when one wants any thing terribly. Why only success?
Is'nt need of success any thing other than want of the materials of life?
Regards,
Pradeep
