Chefs and head cooks
Chefs and head cooks are the true multi-taskers. There are in charge of everything at a restaurant’s kitchen, starting from training and managing kitchen staff to preparing new dishes or recipes.
Becoming a chef or a head cook is a daunting task. The opportunities are very limited during the early stages and the starting salary is not very great. In addition, the pressure of running a kitchen can be extremely stress-full, plus the long working hours and lack of work-life balance can be nerve-racking.
As per PayScale website, the median salary for these professions is approximately 2.81 lakh, which is not that great. the lower 10 percent of these professionals draw a mediocre salary of about 1.19 lakh,

FireFighters
This is one of the noblest professions on the earth. They are the real heroes who put their life at stake to combat fire and its devastating effects, thus saving valuable lives.
Firefighters work in a variety of different settings starting from urban environments, small towns and military bases to on-board ships and great forests; and lend a helping hand to people suffering from man-made or natural disasters. These professionals are also the first respondents at the scene of road accidents or other distress calls.
But unfortunately the pay packages of these professionals are not inclined to the hard work they put in for a noble cause. As per the PayScale website, the average annual salary for firefighters is roughly around 2.34 lakh, while the lower ten percent are earning approximately 1.79 lakh per annum.
