Hi Pramod,
May be you guys could arrange for some indoor sports event and the winners and runner up could be given a treat in the Christmas celebration...... find out what the employees are interested in.
Passing the secret could be a nice and funny game even if its an old game...one can find out how information gets missed or added up during its travel from one person to another.
Scrambbles, lodoos etc can also be played depending on majority interest... Dumbsharats will also be enjoyable....
Hope the above inputs are of use to you.....
Thanks
