Hello Sirs/Madams....
Hope you all are fine.
I desperately need your valuable advices regarding the following post...
After passing out MBA in HR i have worked as a HR Executive for 1 year...It was a Generalist profile....But it was always my dream to open a Recruitment Consultancy of my own..Now I am thinking about starting it..I have few queries...
1.Is it a right time to open a Consultancy or I have to gain more experience?Specially in Recruitment?
2.How much Capital one needs to open a consultancy?
3.Which sector should one target when he is going to start..as no big companies will be ready to take a startup as a vendor?
4.Is it ok if after starting it I work as a freelancer for few months?
Please suggest me with your valuable advices which are very much important for me....
Thanks in advance..
Samyak
