I am a PGDM-HR student and currently undergoing internship. My topic is "Effectiveness of Recruitment and Selection" in my company. I have got the questionnaires filled but am confused about how to analyse the data collected. Please help me.
Details:
1. The data has been collected from 3 different departments.
2. There are 9 closed ended questions.
3. 5 questions are Yes/No type while 4 questions are multiple choice.
4. A different questionnaire has been filled by the department heads.
Which will be the best method to analyse this data?
Thanks and Regards
