Situations that are stressful can cause blood pressure to increase though temporarily. Stress also cause long-term high blood pressure for people who are sensitive. Also if you are in your middle ages then continuous job pressures might result in BP.
Apart from Exercise low sodium salt can help keep BP in check

Hi All,
The slide show of Mr. Balajee is good.
I can suggest some remedy to the problem.
The sodium chloride is bad. We can use less sodium salt. Saffola salt available in market will have positive impact on pressure management. Pl be remember sodium chloride once added to blood stream , it is not possible to remove the same from blood, even by dialysis process. The only remedy is consume less salt with low sodium.
Secondly stop drinking coffee and tea. Rather we can take coriander leaves juice or coriander seed fried lighty and powdered and use this powder as coffee powder and do not add sugar. Add palmirah sugar or country jaggery little. Take twice a day/ After a month you can feel the pressure on downward. I am practsing both and find comfortable.

Dear All,

The slide show of Mr.Balaji is very useful, There are lot of preventive measures including controlling of salt, coffee, tea, food etc., But some method for controlling BP according to my experience is given below:

1) Practice Meditation : People think that meditation is a time consuming process in the fast moving life. But it is not like that. We can do meditation atleast minimum 5 minutes in the early morning (bed itself) No separate time is needed actually. Evening 5 minutes before sleep (bed itself). There are various methods. Simple method is sit in a relaxive/comfortable posture looking within you (u can imagine ur dearest god/person/parents etc)., forget/neglect about your various thoughts, try to relax...

2) Try to cleanseyour recycle bin on a daily basis: On a daily basis you have to validate your daytoday activities and clean all the unwanted things from your recycle bin.

3) Try to improve your ascertiveness : You have to express your opinion to others immediately in a positive manner rather than postponing for the right time.

4) Try to live in a faithfuil and truthful manner.

5) Keep empathy rather than simpathy to others.

6) Love nature and its organisam: Dont think that nature is for human being alone. It is created for the entire species. So avoid exploitation of nature

7) Avoid fear from your mind.

8) Try to laugh rather than smile: Instead of joining in Laughter club keep in touch with your neighbours and try to share your happiness among them and laugh with them.

9) Do your work in advance rather than doing in time or the last minute for avoidng unnecessary tension.

10) Better to avoid reading negative news in the early morning from the news papers.

11) Dont try to feed the negative news, deseases/illness of others in to your inner mind

which will harm your subconscious mind which ultimately influence your mind and body causing psycho somatic disorders.

12) Don't make comparative study between your child and neighbouring childres.

13) Don't be too much cautious about your children: You have to realize that they are the product of nature and they are having their own individuality, It is better to avoid injecting your life long ambition and desire on them.

14) Avoid too much ambition : Try to satisfy your desire in time rather than postponing it.

15) Lead a faithful and truthful life : You have to realize that you are the master and your actions are being validated by your innerself.

Thank you with best regards
