Induction slides should contain:
- Important policies and procedures, such as leave policies, safety policies, etc.
- A welcome note from the MD or CEO.
- A brief introduction about key people in the department.
- As Ankit suggested, program and duration.
- Make sure the person spends some time with the HR head as well.
