GLOBAL BUSINESS :-
Yes, HR professionals would face challenges especially in Global Business esp when it comes to learning new languages, cultures, business pratices etc..
seriously do we have the time ??..
HR would n should be able to produce the metrics for their performance to justify the investments in terms of ROI to the company.
