Hello Sakshi, you want someone to help you design an incentive plan for yourself. Just read that last line again and consider how it makes you feel. If you aren't able to draw an incentive plan for yourself, how can you train others to achieve deliverables that you are not even remotely connected with? What you are asking for is akin to asking your colleagues' neighbors to draw your life plan for you.
Questions to Consider for Your Incentive Structure
What are your ambitions? What do you desire? How much are you worth? How do you want to be paid? How often do you want to be paid? How do you want your customers to value you? What are you offering your clients? What is the value of your offerings to your customers? How do your clients value you? How much do you value your services, knowledge, and passion?
These are some questions to be considered for inclusion in your incentive structure. Believe me, if you don't have the confidence to draw your own incentive plan, it will definitely show when you interact with your clients to negotiate your rates. If that is true, then it is something you really want to work on and overcome.

1. **Batch Throughput %** - Based on the batch's first attempt and second attempt.
2. **Live Call %** - Score for your calls/process/knowledge.
3. **Audit Score** - Training classroom audit.
4. **Overall Batch Score** - Performance for the batch trainer.
5. **Questionnaire Scores** - Trainer feedback score from trainees.
6. **Trainer Absenteeism** - Month on month.
7. **PK Score** - Trainer knowledge.
You may tweak this based on your process/function.
