Dear Friends,
I am working in a IT company as A HR Generalist.I need a favor from your side is that my company wants to start LTA Policy.
I have go through with all the sites but i only found tax deduction rebate n how we can claim that LTA amont?
But i am looking for A proper policy in which we can define LTA Amount for the different-2 band of people.What procedure i can follow to make this kind of policy.
If anybody can send me their company LTA Policy document then i will be very grateful.

Dear Pragya, Pls find the lta policy.You can change it according to your organization .However the the LTA calculation & tax exemptions will remain same as defined in the above link. Thanks
