I need some help on setting the KPI against the set KRA for different positions of the company.
  1. Marketing head
  2. Administration head
  3. HR head
  4. accounts head
  5. operations head
  6. quality head
  7. R & D head
For example if one of the KRA for operation head is:
  • Develop & implement Quality management strategy & plans.
  • Ensure both external & internal requirement are met upto customer expectations.
then what would be the appropriate KPI (quantitaive) for this position???

    • # of plans develop per year
    • % of implementation of plans & programs
  • Ensure both external & internal requirement are met upto customer expectations.
    • % customer satisfaction
    • min/hrs turn-around time
    • # of customer complaint addressed per day
