with regards i declare that i made a very good program in which u have not to
fill all the form ( Form-5, Form-10, Form-10 C, Form 19) for release P.F.
I combine this all form in one simple form that you are only entry in this tiny form and then all other form fill up automatically by gov.norms. Its quite easy and quite simple not any other application want to run this programme. only you have a microsoft excel. If u have it then its ready to use.
