Dear Poonam,
It is not that doing master's in psychology will not give you any value. Normally a full time course has much more value than a part time course. Apart from this nothing else.

Poonam,
If you are doing B.Ed, surly the psychology course will help you a lot to understand the human attitude and behaviours. Surly you will understand you students well. So there is possibility of doing it on distance mode. If possible please do the course. All the Best.

Jaspreet, As mahr said "Something is always better than nothing". But mostly you are working with resumes more than the human resource. If you are really interested, please go ahead.

Doing psychology is not only good for professionals but I would recommend it for all. Its a very good course. If one desires to do it, Annamalai UNiversity is the best for Distance mode. It is MSc (Applied Psychology), if you do it from Annamalai UNiversity. If need further information. do write me. I did it from there.
