Hi all,
I am doing my project work on Human Resource Accounting and Balanced scorecard. I need to write up my dissertation in about 16000 words. As a part of that i intended to do a small kind of research on human resource accounting functionality and study the relation between balanced scorecard and human resource accounting. And mainly towards measuring the non financial items and finding the results towards the their returns. I have no idea how to approach towards it, methodology and empirical tests. Pls can anyone help me out from this.

Dear Satish,
The best way to go about it is study what others have done in similar situations. The Research Register at Emerald: Welcome to Emerald is a useful website. Also, kindly read journal articles and write to the author(s).
Please also see my post on Research Methodology.
Have a nice day.
