Hi, Actuarial valuation is apllicable to which companies, what is the condition or limit whatever.

Actuarial valuation under AS15 (revised, 2005) is applicable (in entirety) for:
1. Listed companies
2. Banks/FIs/Insurance companies, whether listed or unlisted
3. Companies with turnover >50 crores
4. Companies with borrowings >10 crores
5. Companies employing more than 50 employees
Companies which do not fall in any of the above categories also need to get actuarial valuation done, albeit with some flexibility. In short, all companies will need to consult an actuary to ascertain the applicability and/or extent of actuarial valuation needed.
