HI, Can any one tell me what questions will be asked in an interview for Hr payroll.

Hi,
In case of Payroll :
Basically as per what i know questions relating to Salary and wage administration will be asked.
Calcualtion of salary ,its break up,components
calculation of PF,ESI ,PT etc
Bonus its applicability and calculation
gratuity its applicabilty and calculation.
Leave rules - EL /CL/SL.
Also may ask difference between Gross sal and CTC
Payment of wages act .
Legal compliencenses and rules etc etc and etc its very vast
cant write all .
