I joined organization on 9th July 2007 and my last date is 10thApril 2012 which will be 4Years and 270 days including weekends. Will I be eligible for the gratuity?

Hi Minky Sharma,
refer my earlier post also you are well entitled for gratuity on the basis of :
basic salary+DA (if any as per annexure)*15 days*No of years served/26.
so approach the HR deptt to needful.
