It is clear from your mail showsthat you not a HR professional, do you know the skill set for your job. You guys according to me is to blame the other man's profession not knowing to do perfectly in your own domain and Mr. John is one such guy totally ignorant about the HR activities, I really Wonder what type of type of Training, Avanti Training Services, provide with this kind of negative attitude.Mr. Srinath with your so called expertise, will you please stipulate the qualification and skills required for HR functions. Do you know how many areas HR works. If so give an example. Hence forth, strop criticising others and focus on your domain and contribute perfectly though not the best.
