Respected All, I am working as a HR in company. issue is that one of my newly joined employee(during probation) are not ready for work from home or not coming to office evan company have working permission from Honorable DC.
I have already sent advice or notice to employee for corporate with staff and ask them to start their work from home if he is unable to reach office due to lock down.
But he is not ready for work and also provide useless excuse.
Now Management wants to deduct their 50% salary as per Guidelines of MHA. Kindly provide your guidelines for how i take this action and deduct their salary.
