As a sky so beautiful and blue
As a moon lite summer night
I admire her beauty so deeply
Her beauty, goes beyond sight.
Beautiful as a rose in a garden
Her scent, arousing and sweet
Beautiful as it’s soft red petals
I see a beauty that is skin deep.
As the night with a full moon
As lovers neath the moonlight
As the stars in a constellation
I admire her beauty each night.
As a night with pure romance
With passion, and candlelight
I admire her beauty so deeply
She is the beauty to my nights.

HI kIRAN
Really a wonderful contribution .
your poems reminded me of the times when i used to write poems
and it has been a long back . Now after so many years when I read your
poem theragain arose a wish to write But Alas cant do this in this commercial word now May be with time the emotions got buried.
There was a time
A time for sentiments and love
but as we went by
The practicality was above
i could sense
I missed so much
and when I look back
It was a tender touch
A touch That I could feel
Of my mother when i was sad
and the time
of love that we had
Now even in this busy life
we are having a race
a race of commercialisation
that we have to face

Poem by Ella Wheeler Wilcox ..
What can be said in New Year rhymes,
That's not been said a thousand times?
The new years come, the old years go,
We know we dream, we dream we know.
We rise up laughing with the light,
We lie down weeping with the night.
We hug the world until it stings,
We curse it then and sigh for wings.
We live, we love, we woo, we wed,
We wreathe our prides, we sheet our dead.
We laugh, we weep, we hope, we fear,
And that's the burden of a year.
Bit Depressing but.. Yes, The Truth Hurts.
