Dual Employment issue - when offers go to BGC (Background check), they get rejected. Can I get any solution to overcome this issue?

Hi, I have been employed dual-time for 22 days. I’m getting offers from companies, but when they go to BGC (Background check), they get rejected. Can I get any solution to overcome this issue?
