Dear Ajitu

I m sorry for being Harsh with my words earlier, you still dint tell us your age !! There is no relevance of the advise to your age, but just wanted to know what phase of life you are in, so that seniors here can give you better advise.

We all have gone through or going through the feeling which you have mentioned in your post, so what is happening to you is not new. However you have to ward off this uncertainity and focus on your goal, all the advise mentioned by dear members are good, and you have to strive to follow this advises then only you can truly achieve your potential, I know this are better said than done, but you have to do it.

There will be distractions, so learn to focus.

Maintain fitness, exercise, jog, play your favourite sport.

Avoid useless, wandering, aimless friends, who just call you to chit chat, waste time, money and energy.

Read books, if you dont like reading books, read articles, magazine, but good ones (Compettition sucess, India Today,) or relevant to your field.

If you have abolutely nothing to do, listen to soothing music. relax.

Never keep your mind idle.

Set result oriented deadlines to the task you take up, write them down on paper and paste it on your room walls. then strike off whatever you completed, this will give good satisfaction when you strike off a task completed,

Manage your time, set alarms, reminders etc etc, keep your schedule personal and private dont drum beat to your friends and colleagues about your schedules.

Respect your time, work and efforts, dont allow distractions to deter you from your goals, dont let any temptations distract you - pretty girls, cricket match, partying, festivals etc.

Dont forget to have fun, socialise, make friends, go partying, but under limits of time and value.

Rememeber onething, in this world, Self dependant, rich, earning person is respected no matter what he / she does, rather than a depressed, poor, dependant person. if you dont buckle up, world will put you down and judge every actions.

So my friend !, you are not alone in this world, but you are truly alone in your head and heart, its your battle and only you can fight it.

Hi,
I think it is just one issue. That is mind make up. Buddy, what you are talking is exactly what everyone faces. Many face temptation to leave things in between and do something new.

Hi
There are many people like you. It's a personality profile of a creator. Your interest is more in starting things. The best would be if you could ideate and start but have have someone else to take it ahead.
Unfortunately, that is rarely possible in Indian scenario.
The other option is to have a list of things / projects you are doing and sub-tasks, with deadline and priority levels. Review the list regularly to remind your self of what is left to be done and why it's important that it be done.
Speeding up your response time would help. To complete the task before you get bored. Finally, you will need to discipline your self and force your professional self to complete the work.
These are from my personal experience. Hope it helps

Dear Ajitu,
1. Manage your time well. List out your activities for the day. Assign time for each activity and schedule the same.
2. Go to the activity as per the shedule and try to complete it with in time. If find problems how to complete it speak to your pear employees and even to senior and Boss.
3. Try the best alternate which gives you best result in shot time but mind it, should be systemetically and presentable.
4.Evaluate at the end of the day all your activities. Analyze for both completed and un completed activities. Assign reasons for both. Try another alternate next day for the uncompleted activities.
I am sure you will start getting results with in a week time.
Best of Luck. Believe in You.
