Hi
I want help regarding the kolb's learning style inventory.
As there are 4 learning styles; namely
1. Diverging (CE/RO)
2. Assimilating (AC/RO)
3. Converging (AC/AE)
4. Accommodating (CE/AE)
1.How to use it practically?
2.How to align the development activities and training according to individual learning style?
This learning test has been conducted on the individual and it has been found that he has DIVERGING learning style.
3. What development/training activities must be provided to develop leadership skill in the individual so that it is aligned with his leaning style?

What was the purpose of conducting a learning style inventory? What end is it feeding? Is it part of a larger project or a point in time exercise?

So, perhaps you can consider outsourcing your mandate to a professional training organisation.
Have a think about my suggestion, and if you find it of value, I look forward to speaking with you. My number is in the signature panel below.
Take care!

Engineers are often largely comprised of Practical Learners, as they create a theory and test it out in the real world. WE call the accommodating learner, the dynamic learner, as they like innovation and lots of new action, and then try to re-integrate that into their lives. These type of learners are often entrepreneurs, or risk takers who like lots of balls in the air. The main way to apply this is to look at th
