Branding is not about a title. It is about creating an awareness of the value that HR leaders bring to the table.

HRBPs make important contributions to the development and implementation of business strategy and to improve the quality of decisions related to talent which forms the core of the organization. HR professionals as strategic partners need to define who they are, what they stand for, and how they accomplish their mission to create a healthy environment for employees to work in. However, they often do not receive as much recognition in comparison to other departments. We can prevent that from happening by positioning our HR brand better!

Companies have adopted various social networking sites like Yammer, Slack, Jive, etc. to facilitate employee engagement, collaboration, and communication.
