If you wish to improve the staff productivity, then you should know better which training programmes need to be organised. You cannot take suggestions from the members of the public forum.
Anyway, since you are from the food industry, I recommend you conduct the training programmes on the provisions, as applicable, of ISO 22000-2018. Those who handle the food must be aware of the quality aspects of their job.
Secondly, we are going through the COVID-19 pandemic. In this connection, please refer to the "Guidance Document from FSSAI".
Lastly, knowledge of "hygiene and sanitation" is important to those who work in the food industry. You may organise the training on these topics as well.
