I am also looking at doing a course in HR only. I have worked for a few years as a Training Manager and would like to re-direct my career into HR. Therefore I would need to study more...but how and where????

I want to do MBA in HR from IGNOU university. Please let us if this is OK. I am BA graduate having around 4+ years experience in HR department as a Generic HR executive. I want to know whether they will conduct entrance test to apply for MBA, because I dont have the idea of Accountancy or Busines management etc. (Might they ask in entrance test). Also need to know near by any college will give the details to enter f
