Generally, a questionnaire on Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs is developed by the companies. It is not developed by an individual. Even if the individual does it, the person needs to have intellectual depth, and above all should have time and energy to invest. Nevertheless, the question arises is when a commercial organisation or an individual develops a questionnaire, why will they share their research work in the public forum?
You are a member of this forum for the last ten months. During your tenure, did you share anything for the benefit of other members? In fact, you have not given basic replies to the queries raised by other members. Therefore, the question arises, why do you wish others do to you that you don't do with them?
My post may appear very straightforward and harsh, however, it is the penchant of the members of this forum to expect someone else to spoonfed them.
Anyway, my recommendation is to prepare a questionnaire on your own and upload it on this forum. Some senior members like me will correct it. Otherwise, express your explicit desire to hire a consultant. In fact, I have a questionnaire ready which I had prepared for my client. However, it cannot be shared for obvious reasons!
