Dear Friends, As I am from the Hospitality Industry and had been in Training for some 5 years. During this period I have done training for Visually Impaired graduates at NAB. Recently in my organisation we have employed 2 dumb & deaf in our kitchen for last 2 months. this guys are doing excellent job and also dedicatedly. They work with everyone as a team, they don't have problems with anybody because they talk less. They are fast learners and fast workers, they are never late.

There are many other like them trained in different fields. Why we cant go ahead and employ or get them employment in their trained field.

I am very passionate about doing anything for this friends of mine. Can we get together and work towards getting them employment, as I am going ahead of employing them in my Mumbai stores too. Get back to me for any queries if you want to know.

In TV also there is one commercial of SAKTHI MASALA they give employement to PWD, its good intiative by you and other companies. Appreciated.
Also evenin government recruitments for certain posts no of seats are reserved for PWD persons with disabilities. So it is really good initiative. Even it is heard GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, KPMG have PWD people as their employees.

In Central Government there 3% reservation for Physically handicaped people in Employemnt as Per Government of India ordinance.....
But we must be cautious of Mr Philp Sharma"s intention and projection as sympathiser of Physically handicapped people because they promote exploitation in disguise of sympathiser with lowpaid workers and cheap labour phenominon.
We should not take this efforts on its facevalue as it appears like nobal cause and efforts but in reality its killing the objective of helping rather helping Philp Sharma kind of shrewed people.........who project a nobal cause but in reality expoit these people.....as business strategy for cost cutting...:-D
Mr.Phipl Sharme you must pay them full salary as per market price paid to healthy employeees in your organization or in any company in the market.
