I would need help with the working hours. Currently, the working hours is 10 hours shift, 5 days working. The 10-hour shift will consist of 1 hour fixed break and 30 mins extended break.
Is the above in line with the law?

Yes, since the spread over (the total hours inclusive of intervals for rest) is less than 10 hours and 30 minutes as permitted by law, there is no issue. For a week, anyway, it will not cross 48 hours as you work for 5 days in a week. Please also ensure that your break is arranged in such a way that after 4 hours of continuous work the employees get at least 30 minutes break.
