Please clarify my doubts ,which is subjecting to my job of medical representative working in U.P. My company is based in bangaluru-Karnataka and have sales promotion employees no-1200 approx. working all cities across india and my hq.is LUCKNOW-U.P.
My employer has no certified standing orders despite employees no is 1200 plus across India , but in U.P company has the establishment, but employees here are 10 only.so please clarify me ,will U.P model standing orders will prevail over us or Karanataka model standing orders. In U.P the applicability of standing orders is 20 employees.
I have raised this dispute before labour authorities , where my plee is enforce U.P model standing orders as employer has no certified standing orders ,on other hand company is resisting this
