HI All,
Though its a very commom view about HR that specially non HR persons have. But HR does not have all to do in this. I believe during the recruitment as well as induction prorgam new joinee's life is same as a Golf club and all mentioned in the funny story but the things may change when the new joinee is handed over in his/her department at the location. So we (being HR) should try to make new joinee life like a heaven afterwords too and help me settling down.
